Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project location, the service you are interested in, and any details you choose to include about the job.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and analytics tools record your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of those visits.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies to keep the site functioning, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
How we use your information
- Respond to quote requests and schedule free on-site visits
- Prepare and send estimates, and communicate about active jobs
- Maintain records of work performed, including for warranty and insurance purposes
- Improve our website, services, and service-area coverage
- Comply with legal, tax, licensing, and regulatory obligations
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers who operate on our behalf, such as our web host, email provider, and analytics platform, and only to the extent needed to perform that service
- Project partners such as general contractors, engineers, surveyors, or subcontractors, when doing so is necessary to quote or complete your job
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of any person
- Business transfers, if our business or its assets are acquired, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred information
Third-party services
Our website uses Google services, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to understand how visitors find and use the site. These services collect information under their own privacy terms. You can review Google’s practices at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal, tax, insurance, warranty, and licensing requirements. Records tied to completed excavation and site work are generally retained for a minimum of the applicable statute of limitations in Georgia. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption across the entire site and a web application firewall, to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request that we correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask what information we have, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are directed to property owners, contractors, and developers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Do Not Track
Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because no common standard for honoring them has been adopted.
